Phase 1: Establish - 3 weeks of setting a strong foundation and building your toolkit to set you up for success.
You’ll learn about set-point weight theory, how to finally ditch dieting (tons of research-based evidence), and how to build a toolkit of coping mechanisms.
Phase 2: Nourish - 5 weeks of rebuilding trust with your body and making peace with food and your body.
You will learn how to listen to your hunger and fullness cues, how to challenge unhelpful thoughts around food, and how to reintroduce your fear foods. You will also learn how to stop binge eating and emotional eating, and how to improve your body image for good.
Phase 3: Empower - 4 weeks of learning how to eat and move your body in a way that feels good!
You will learn how to build nourishing meals without tracking, how to find an exercise routine that feels good and how to live your best life filled with freedom and peace!
